We are seeking a motivated NDIS Service Coordinator who combines participant support with business growth and networking.

The role involves helping people with disability implement their NDIS plans, building strong referral partnerships, identifying new enrolment opportunities, and coordinating high-quality, person-centred supports in line with NDIS compliance and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and partnerships within the NDIS sector across Sydney
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators, LACs, and referrers
  • Promote NDIS services to generate referrals and participant engagement
  • Deliver outreach, networking, and presentations to support growth initiatives
  • Track market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Work with internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery
  • Meet business growth targets and KPIs in line with NDIS requirements

Experience:

  • NDIS: 2 years (Required)
